 Data from the IODA project shows there was a complete drop (no prefixes seen via BGP) from AS43852 but looks like it has since been restored.  yeah it will be INTERMITTENT and more  can happen soon was escalation continue. - local  LN mesh can may work with some TRUSTED authority but MAINNET will FAIL if cannot reach 3 or more peers.
