Ireland was top of the list, was anyways 
Ecuador, but that seems unstable lately 
El Salvador, too hot and getting expensive fast . Except the mountains maybe 
Costa Rica blue zones 
Montenegro, Greece, Albania ( is getting interesting)
Panama seem to be a standard, and cooler climate in the mountains 
Uruguay is now at the top of the list and has been before 
Russia, if I wanted to never come back and I became more of a target of the global homo Zionist cabal 
Open to suggestions

 Russia is really a bad bad choice if you want to have to do anything with the "civilization".
If the plan is to disappear somewhere in Siberia, then maybe. But still I would not consider it.
