I waited for the new iphone launch to get the Pro version for its camera. But when it launched, it wouldn’t be available for a month. Fine, I’ll just buy the 15 Pro then. Nope, Apple delisted it from their website, and now I can only find refurbished ones on Amazon. What kind of business decision is that? nostr:note1ms2746g559frzhgd6mnad25nv9ytqahwm47y9f005dgvamyuyr5smmdpx5
They do this every time. Apple doesn’t discount their products. So it doesn’t make sense to announce a new phone, yet keep the older one selling at the same price. They only do this for incremental upgrades though, meaning if the 15 and 16 are basically the same phone, they kill the 15. But if the older model was significantly behind, they used to keep them online as a “mid range” model since apple doesn’t make mid range phones.
Happens with very new release.
