So natural family planning is 99% effective over the course of a year if done properly. 

Hormonal birth control is negligibly more effective but completely destroys women’s hormones and poses a non-zero risk of serious health complications. 

Condoms are somewhere around 95% effective if used properly. 

So there is a perfectly natural and reliable method of birth control and I had never even heard of it until I was 36 years old. Because it doesn’t make any corporation money.
