@0af78396 Obviously this question is some sort of weird attempt to score political points against Biden, but I'll be a peach and answer it anyway: You'd have to ask Bibi what he believes. My guess is that in attack like this took years of planning, not one month. But I'm sure it was largely funded by Iran, yes.
