 What's up with these ultra small square "checkboxes" that people need to tap with their fingertips that are like 3-4x bigger than the checkbox? Can you not just tap the rectangle that envelopes both the tiny square and the candidate's name? And if so, why are there these distracting tiny squares? If you want people to have the experience of voting like on a paper ballot give them a stylus so they can tap the tiny square.

I utterly fail at any kind of UI/UX but even i can see that this makes no sense whatsoever.

 Blame JavaScript for this, really convenient 😄 
 I refuse to participate in elections conducted with close-source, electronic voting machines. Give me a paper option and/or open source the machines. 
 I don't buy this. They don't need to cheat that obvious, just change to final count and nobody would ever know.
