yes! illinois is a good place to buy since the midwest has so many bison farms
 Very tasty
 Loud and clear 😎✅
I'm too distracted by the seed oils in the background
I usually eat it raw but seems like seed oils unavoidable when you want to make a 🍔🤷‍♂️
Give primal kitchen a try. They do not use seed oils in their condiments
Bison is great. No need to explain.

Need some real cheese to go with it though. 🤔
You'll have to amend that meat mixture with more fat; it's a bit on the lean side. Otherwise, it's a drier, gamey-tasting burger.
Go for it! Bison's GREAT! Especially, if you make a texmex burger with melted havarti! 🤤🤤🤤
Great company! They have a cool podcast too, “Where Hope Grows” check it out if you have a second.
Also, gotta get that ancestral blend next time, get those organs mixed in 🤙🏽
 I will try it. Thanks
 Those are good burgers!
I work at a restaurant that serves game meat burgers. Bison is a top seller. My favorite is kangaroo and antelope is really good. Best burgers in the city imo. Enjoy!
The bison meat that is commercially available is actually bison bread with cattle. Pure bison cannot be domesticated for it is too wild a beast.
