What a beautiful color! Make a sauce or marinade for some meat out of them, or make a relish/salsa with some chopped peppers, cilantro and onion as a side dish (I've done this with mango, pineapple, and peaches before) 🤷♀️. I don't remember exactly what you said they taste like, so maybe not 😂.
