So sad.   Our mentor in Apalachicola is getting out of the honey business/beekeeping, just like the Laniers.   This doe not bode well for  the future of Tupelo honey.

 Yes. It is healthy, yet harder to sell in a marketplace unless you’re he clientele is highly educated.  Bougies do not tend to get it.
