The most difficult part of being injured is changing your mindset of Go Go Go to Sit and Stay

I had to mental and physically lockdown

One good thing the Covid insanity mentality and physically prepared me to do

I'm pretending, I'm on house arrest

My body was trained to be active, the sudden stop, forced it to go into withdrawals

Man, I miss my freedom to move

4 to 6 more weeks to wait
When the accident happened, I had no idea how serious the injury was at the time

I got up and everyone was looking at me with a distorted face of concern 😬
Just try to remember not to over do it too soon when freedom returns. That's often the hardest part for people
 I agree with you 100%
Friend did that with Achilles tendon. It’s 6 month recovery. He freaking snapped it a second time within 2 weeks of cast coming off. Nice and slow and steady wins the race sometimes!
 Fuck!!!!!
Yeah. Don’t get me wrong. Fucking idiot but stopped playing squash. Just better to make sure not to have to do the lesson that way!
No, not gonna push my luck
Work out your mind instead of your body.
