Stop being silly if you know that you are harming other people with your action, you shouldn't do it. Higher layers like Lightning testnet nodes are being harm too they are not able to synchronize with onchain at that rate

Basically I'm getting the test network to produce a ton of blocks, which is causing some apps to choke while trying to keep up with the tip of the blockchain.

We're 1 week into Phase 2. No set plans, but probably at least a few more weeks. FYI this is trivial to pull off, so I wouldn't assume it won't happen again unless we switch to testnet4 and fix the timewarp edge case.

Yes, for the main net. The test net does not have hash power to be secure and what Lopp does is childish and less developed. Just because he don't gets it his way he try to destroy the sandbox for every one else....
