It was over a year ago, I had emails back and forth and even spoke with one of their support members on a web conf. After some troubleshooting and no luck, the blocked me. After they blocked me the second time, I just decided it wasn't worth any more of my time. 

 Yeah, customer service in bitcoin companies sucks ! 

 Customer service is one thing, but this hit different than just incompetence. 

 It was sad because I really liked their OS and dashboard. I had several personal friends who had great experience with them, but that wasn't the case for me.
