I guess the most fair none profit funds that support open source devs shouldn’t have a conflict interest board members. At least that how I would do if I would be running one

 Sure! But it’s not hard to get the board members that don’t run bitcoin companies in the same time you know 

 yeah thats a good point for some projects. helps explain why some get grants and others dont.
