 Critical, well-reasoned statements about a product will cause reluctant customers to leave, but it can reassure your fans, by limiting percieved risk. 
 It also strengthens a brand to be analyzed because nobody analyzes something irrelevant.

All news is good news, if you manage it correctly. 
 To clarify:

If someone smart and independent examines your product and says, "A, B, and C are terrible in this product!", but someone uses the product because they care about D, E, and F, they will actually be calmed by the report. 
 Exactly! That's why I want to find solutions for easily rating/comparing A, B, C, D, E, F in reviews, without you (or some LLM) having to go through plain text.
