 On this date 15 years ago I defeated Gina Carano to win my first MMA Championship.

Oct. 19th I will fight in Saudi Arabia for the PFL Belt and the chance to become MMA’s only 5X World Champion

 I watched that fight. I was a big Carano fan, and I was bummed she lost.
