@Mean Girl π @8f132458 for the enchiladas or chicken stock? My mom taught me how to make the enchiladas. We use this can, you could make your own sauce if you wanted to but these are easy and quick, hence the rotisserie chicken, otherwise you need to boil the chicken beforehand to prepare it. Also this sauce isn't spicy at all imo, so if you want to make it spicy you need to add stuff to it. You basically fry corn tortillas in a mixture of oil and the sauce, then you take out the tortillas and now them out ion a flat surface or tray, and then add chicken and cheese inside, then roll them up into shape. You can put them on a tray to serve or store for a few days.
