 ### Miner "Compliance"

Do you believe in #freedom ?

### NOTE Well:

All the " #laws " penned by the "Good Ol' Boys Club" (#Congress) in DC are *very* cleverly worded, so be sure to read this one about #bitcoin #mining *very* carefully before you #comply:

Like the serpent in the garden of Eden, this craftily worded BS is *not* intended to do you good, but to deceive you into "complying" with tyranny. Look over this #statute :

https://www.congress.gov/93/statute/STATUTE-88/STATUTE-88-Pg96.pdf

Note well the purpose of the Act:
"To reorganize and consolidate certain functions of the Federal Government in a new Federal Energy Administration in order to promote more efficient management of such functions."

Now ask yourself some simple questions:

Are YOU or your enterprise "certain functions of the Federal Government?"
What *exactly* is the legal definition of "mandatory?"
Who is the "you" in "YOUR RESPONSE IS REQUIRED BY LAW?"
Why would you believe that YOU are required to do this?
What does "Public Law 93-275" *actually say?*
Does Public Law 93-275 specify any penalties for non-compliance?
Does Public Law 93-275 apply to *you* and *your operation*?

Note what "Title 18 USC 1001 makes it a criminal offense" to do:

It is a criminal offense to make "false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements" on said report.
BUT note well: It is NOT a criminal offense to *not* fill out a report, is it? If you don't fill it out, you can't be penalized for doing it wrong.

Frens, they are *playing* you. Wake up!

They write these "laws" to be as obscure and opaque as possible, and quite deliberately to deceive you into "voluntarily complying" with matters that do not at all apply to you!

Even if you have been socialized to the point where you believe that the Constitution itself applies to you (search for and read Lysander Spooner's "Constitution of No Authority") you might find it interesting to learn that the United States Federal Government can't just "make up" laws that do apply to you UNLESS they are strictly "constitutional." This supposed "law" absolutely falls outside of any jurisdiction that Congress has to restrict or regulate your private enterprise. Search the topic of "Federal Legislative Jurisdiction," maybe try an #asknostr - you might not find much until you go rather deep down the rabbit hole. See if you can find more information about this from the Free Enterprise Society in Fresno, CA.

As an aside, we *really* need a nostr-based, distributed, *unbiased* search engine to make it possible to find and learn these things... Props to devs working toward that end!

I'm riffing off of information gleaned from the following note by Marty Bent.

 DO NOT COMPLY.

RESIST! REVOLT!
Mr duncan, well done ser. Straight outta atlas shrugged. Youve been studying.
 Unbiased search engine you say?

Respectfully, Congress.gov allows search by keywords etc. Where is the inherent bias in that?

If you want to say someone should create a copy (spoof?) of everything so government isn’t watching what you are … I get that.

Lastly, I’m not in tech so forgive me if I used wrong terminology. Appreciate all feedback. 💜
You appear to have confused my reference to "search engine" with a request for a simple index into statutory laws and regulations. You are absolutely correct that the statutes and regulations, though ominously massive, are thoroughly indexed and readily searchable.

What I am talking about are entities like Google and Bing that pretend to be general, but in reality suppress the discovery of resources not aligned with their deeply ingrained biases. For example, they premptorily offer search results strongly favoring allopathic medicine over naturopathic, and statutory law over common. Their political, statist bias is almost impenetrable.

This is easily and indisputably demonstrable. Furthermore, these existing major search engines blatantly and disingenuously announce "millions of results in but a few seconds," but when you try to go beyond a handful of pages, you discover that to be an arrogant lie.
Absolutely understand now and agree. Well stated. 🙏
Another terrible law birthed during a crisis. Thanks for the info. Need to sue the government. https://image.nostr.build/79df60cdbf1f7346f95448aa7c6b3931078cc9566fbf45e460227e5e53bfaf3d.jpg
