Sometimes I use 2 bananas, 1 carrot, & a handful of cilantro. Other times I use a Strawberry Banana blend, Granola added if available. Cayenne pepper is always added for my immune system. I haven't tried beef collagen powder! Another rabbit hole 🕳 🙃
