Paraguay is in South América, Located between Brazil, Argentina & Bolivia

 Oh man, sorry. My brain read your first reply as Panama. Interesting point. Paraguay is second on my list but quite a bit harder to get to with a family that’s still fairly young. My plan is to investigate both and maybe get residency in both.
