 Good morning.

The following is the requested report:
I'm sore, but not anywhere near as sore as after my mountain summiting adventure. I certainly feel a lot of places in not used to feeling, like my shins. (WTF is up with that? 😅) The most sore area is my hip/pelvic girdle. That's a really good thing as that means that I was getting in a really good hip motion and squeeze as is proper. 

I'm also down over 5lbs (~2.2kg) this week. Though that's obviously not the result from one set of swings, I'm hoping this will help me burn more and hit my weight goals by the end of the year, as that's actually possible now (as my first goal is only ~25lbs away now), so I may have to move up my plan to hit a lower weight before moving off of carnivore and then working to improve my gut health.

I've walked every day except the 1st. So... If that counts, it'll be 30. 

I'm about to do my sets of swings. Ugh.
