this is why they e.g. use 'environmental regulations' to disown farmers in belgium of their land

 @701d41fb @BigTony @804e5d83 It doesn’t matter what they say if they can’t do it. They’re building a megacity in MA and people are leaving the state. New York has been losing people for years and rents keep going up. This isn’t “long term planning” or a system of control. It’s failure.
