 a secondary thing, Relays the accepts pow note base on https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/13.md (it's not spam free)

 OK , PoW , this is done at the client , not the relay , as far as I know.

I'm using Nostrudel which I've set to perform the minimum PoW per note , it is almost instant when posting from my desktop PC.
