Another option could be to still post it outside NOSTR but allow Lightning payment only.  

You know @Bitrefill  offers the ability to purchase FIAT vouchers through Lightning, maybe they have the option to offer it the other way around to pay in Fiat through their page and get a voucher for one belt, this way you maintain your status. 

We do need bridges, just saying.
