 I think I'm realizing that BTC price will go wherever the whales and manipulators want it to go. Price can be and is manipulated but the Network remains unable to be significantly hijacked at least for now. Purchasing power outside the system remains intact. Maybe I should just be happy with that. Learning to ignore price.

 There are a lot of people sitting on a lot of bitcoins adquited on early bitcoin times. These people now want to expend it. It is not so good for bitcoin price, but it is good to people that are still accumulating and it is also distributing better the bitcoins to all people. So, let's buy more bitcoins to be whales on future expending it when newcomers start their accumulation phase.

 The only way I've ever "made" money with Bitcoin was to put a little aside and forget about it for 10 years. I realized early on that if I watched the price every day I'd sell and be poor. Because every time I see the price I'm thinking "oh I could sell and buy this".

But if I don't pay attention to fiat pricing, and just think about what Bitcoin is - replacement of the monetary system behind all wars, obsolescence of the most powerful institutions on earth, freedom, hope - then it helps me to just smile and go about my day.
