Yep. I'm using Mulvad and had a USA endpoint. I switched to Australia and it connected right away. Is the USA blocked? 

 Australia works but I also tried Belgium and it didn't work either. 🤷 

 The 0xchat relay server is in Singapore, may not be accessible in some regions? I'll check on it.
