 nostr.wine is a paid relay so that’s probably why it has fewer connections. you have to pay for it cause it’s the best relay. nostr.band is not as reliable as some of the other top relays, but it has a crawler that is used to find as many events, so you can find almost any event you’re looking for on nostr.band.
