Yeah I hated that I was trying to watch the avengers & all I see is waitors & waitresses constantly walking around with circle trays of food. I got into a very serious argument to get my money back with a manager. I was so furious!
I got an idea: food trucks parked right outside outside, and the movie theatre gets a percentage of all sales from the vendors.
There doing that here already except the food trucks sit on the sidewalk or in the street so they don't have to pay the shopping lot rent they are just parked next to the parking entrances
I get it, but I would let them bring the food in the theatre with a food truck pass. If it gets scanned then the movie theatre makes money, let's say $1 for every $20 spent. The food trucks get to park free and will have exclusive access to our patrons. I don't know.
I like the idea but remember the movie theater & lot owners are 2 different entities. The movie theater pays rent so will those trucks. When all you own is the lot you want every inch to pay you. i see potentital in this just like I did eith moviepass
