Don’t get me wrong, some of my favourite shows are from HBO, but these days you can have full frontal nudity, even soft core…Game of Thrones *wink wink*
But you can’t have movies like Tropic Thunder or Dumb and Dumber. Or if we do, there’s extreme backlash.
Movies that speak negatively about China or North Korea are also forbidden.
I just find the contrast interesting.

I don’t see any new movies with the same style of humour. Not so much of a ban but it seems like it’s less acceptable these days

Ul either love it or hate it🤷🏽♂️…it’s pretty irreverent (typical Mel brooks stuff). It’s considered one of the greatest comedies of the seventies. I’ve seen it seven or eight times and there’s no way that movie could be made today (not even close). It was nominated for 4 or 5 academy awards and won 3 I think.

Make sure u get the original version…I think they tried to edit it around 2015…although I think editing that bad boy would be pretty tough…ol Mel pretty much just satirically crucified everyone 😂
