But does the app work only with Alby hub or also with the classic custodial account?
For now only with the Hub. it uses NWC as a communication protocol and thus it would actually also work with other nodes/wallets that support NWC.
i tried connecting it to my umbrel LND node using the alby NWC app, got an error. something about length of string

im not using alby hub, using a normal LND node running on my umbrel with your guys' NWC app connected it
I’m running two of my Alby Hub instances on it now. Plan to test with some additional NWC wallets soon.
