‘This Must Be the Place’ was not only a compelling but thought-provoking exploration of the intricacies of human relationships (family, identity, love, forgiveness…) and the search for belonging. O'Farrell's storytelling beautifully wove together multiple narratives and timelines. 

I also liked ‘Black Indians: A Hidden Heritage’. William Loren Katz really opened up the often overlooked history of African-Native American relationships and the experiences of people who are of both African and Native American descent. Not many know the complex interconnections between these two communities throughout American history. 🙏
