Why have all my surveys had "technical issues" once I've completed the survey?  Once the survey is completed? I'm taken to a new screen with a loading icon in which I have allowed to load up to 30 minutes without receiving an award. 

 Same issue.. 

 No response from ZBD yet... I did get awarded two times when this happened. It happens alot....
