I talk about this scenario often. If a BK judge doesn't believe you lost your keys in a "boating accident" you run a very serious risk of being put in prison for contempt until you cough out your keys. Please do not try to abuse the BK system in this way, please. This isn't legal advice, this is common fucking sense.
First off yes. Fraud is unethical.
Who would know what you bought?
Unless you blabbed about it, they’d assume you squandered it and go after property they know about.
Lastly, i would never do or condone this but id also lose no sleep over bankers getting fuxxed.
Im indifferent.

if you are willing to lie and obtain non kyc bitcoin then yes it seems like it would be a marginally less risky crime (but definitely crime) but trust me the judge/trustee will ask where the money you got from the bank went and the borrower/debtor will be under oath when they answer these questions. Please don’t anyone.
I know a dude i used to work with that paid a bunch of his student loans with cards then bk them.
I was horrified that he thought id think it was clever or funny. Never trusted him again.
