Can't delete these off my blocked list. Tapping Unblock doesn't do anything. Weird #amethyst bug.

 Try going to their profile, unblock and follow quickly. 

Or disable "filter spam from strangers"  

 Yeah it's weird, unblock button on their profiles doesn't work either 🫠
