I mean, there's not a single fresh vegetable or fruit in the picture, no decent piece of meat, only junk. From a European perspective this looks like abuse 💀
In my local market $274 would net you a months groceries and you could be pretty picky with the meat you wanted, towards only top end cuts, as for fruit and veg here, wouldn't even make a dent in your budget
