 I've always been a bit of stoic. My mother's favorite story from my toddlers years was when she heard a somber "uh oh." from our living room. Moments later she heard a giant crash with our bookshelf and all the books lying on top of me. Fortunately, I was unhurt, but I agree with  @Mr. Sat Stacker advice below.
