 @8b189dd1 I especially love it when my customers email me at the end of the day, asking for a "quick" fix of some problem they've known about for 2 weeks, and phrase it in a way that appears to expect resolution today. Like: could you not? I'm about to spend quality time with my family. 
 @8d211236 This happens to me at work during my library shift to people showing up at 4:25 PM when I go off work at 4:30 saying they just have a "quick tech question"
