 Lasagna without cheese 🙅‍♂️
Haha - I think you mean layered vegetable cake sir.
You wouldn't notice it in texture and taste...but your body will notice a difference ;)

I eat like 2 pounds of meat everyday with 7 eggs. I’m sure I’ll notice myself feeling weak and depressed.
This is outside of realm guys. 😆 I make a good vegan lasagna (and a good trad one too if I do say so myself…) but really have no dietary preferences for others. Enjoy your respective plants and meat. ✌️
uff...Yes, for sure....I know this would go into a discussion I don't want to go into....First because I'm an ethical vegan, second I'm professional nutritionist, third you and I have totally different points of vies on life. And this is ok.
 What’s an ethical vegan?
An ethical vegan is someone who adopts a lifestyle that excludes, as far as is possible and practical, all forms of animal exploitation, cruelty, and harm. This philosophy extends beyond diet to encompass all aspects of life.
Food: Refraining from consuming animal products, such as meat, dairy, eggs, honey, and gelatin, as well as avoiding foods with animal-derived ingredients (e.g., whey, lactose, casein).
Clothing: Avoiding clothing made from animal products like leather, fur, silk, wool, and down, and opting for synthetic or plant-based alternatives.
Entertainment: Refraining from supporting industries that exploit animals for entertainment, such as circuses, zoos, and animal shows.
Personal care: Choosing cruelty-free and vegan-friendly personal care products, avoiding those tested on animals or containing animal-derived ingredients 💚
But why? What’s wrong with eating animals? As long as they’re slaughtered in an ethical way.

That’s the nature of this world. Animals eat other animals too. What’s wrong with us eating them?
Thanks for asking, I sense you are really interested in reading my opinion. I appreciate it.
We humans have reached a higher level of consciousness by eating fruit... We have the ability to choose... We live in a slave system. As long as we keep animals in slavery, we too will live in slavery... Our anatomy is similar to primates. Hands are made for picking fruit, not tearing an animal apart. Our teeth are made for eating fruit. No grains, no meat, etc. Our digestive system is mostly alkaline (accept the stomach), our colon is much longer, then the ones of a carnivore. Food that takes long to digest will rott and create illness. Animal protein is acidic and causes many diseases in our system. We are the only animals that cook food to be able to digest it. If you would just eat all your meat and eggs raw, please try it and let me know how you feel.
I really hate to say all this... and there is much more... 😬
That’s true except we were made to eat both, not just plants. That’s common in other animals too. So I don’t see how it’s wrong.
Yes, we can eat both...but see how bad health is of most humanity...
No def not. What makes you say that?
Oh, and in my opinion there is no way to slaughter in an ethical way. No animal wants to be killed. Animals feel love and pain, same as we humans do. Look into their eyes when they are slaughtered. They cry, have fear in their eyes, they want to run away... Cows cry for weeks when their calf is taken away from the mother after birth so that her milk can be taken for the humans instead of the calf... I could go on and on...
Doesn’t make it unethical. What about telling carnivores to stop eating animals?
In my opinion it does... And we can thrive on plants, so why killing and enslave animals?...But I know we are not on the same page ;)
Carnivores are carnivores. We are no carnivores. We have the anatomy of frugivores. That's a big difference.
How about telling a carnivore to cook their food?
We can’t survive on just plants. Yes you can survive years but over very long periods of time humans wont evolve the way we did when we were eating animals. Genetics change over time and plants don’t provide everything we need.
If you say carnivores are carnivores, then omnivores are omnivores and we should eat both
Oh dear... we are definitely on different pages...I will not discuss on that.
There are people ( even doctors) who are on a raw vegan journey since over 50 years and still alive and thriving. Like Dr. Robert Morse and Douglas N. Graham
Go check them out, watch some videos and then we talk.
 Getting by, not thriving 😂

I ain’t never seen an actual healthy athletic vegan. They’re always skinny and weak.
