Honest opinion. With higher fire, probably same time, it would be more toasty in the outside to the point where the Millard reactions start to occurred, and a little more pinky inside. 135°C in the inside it's about optimal. Anyway I bet it felt like heaven.

Idk why but lately I switched to medium one ! Usually it was rare or medium rare! This summer is different 😅 I eat ground beef bison 🦬 as rare, maybe that’s why
