@c8565328 If it helps and you can do it: Disconnect from devices for 12 hrs. Including your watch. Sleep when you get sleepy. You should be right as rain the next day. At least that’s how my transatlantic traveling friend does it and she travels a lot. Then again, women/men physiology often differs in reaction. Ignore me.
