Being a "state", a government, a nation, is a PRIVILEGE granted by the people. It is NOT a right. No state has a right to exist. It is a privilege that can and should be revoked once a state fails to serve it's people.

- A people
- A Territory
-A controlling power effective inwards and outwards, guaranteeing it's sovereignty
