I hope he sees this and responds but my guess in the meantime is that he’d do it essentially the same, plus nostr. Basically doxxing himself was crucial to have enough credibility for the message to get traction 🥲
Have you guys read Permanent Record? He gives some very good arguments for doxing himself and giving the information to Glen Greenwald. This gives me an idea though. The book was not banned in the United States, but Snowden did not have permission to earn money from the sales of his book. I believe the proceeds went to some USG alphabet soup agency.
