 I have tried over a dozen times to activate my wallet in @primal and every time it says “unable to complete operation”. The first time I got an email from someone in support saying they fixed the back end problem. It still didn’t work. I’ve tried emailing them back again for help with no response. I’m not sure where to go from here but hoping my fellow #plebs can guide me?

 Try using a different client like @damus
and use your own lightning wallet of choice  
 Hmm I had Damus before and their zap feature disappeared, is it back?

Yes you can still zap but you zap the profile, not note specific unfortunately. This goes for all iOS nostr apps

Primal only gets "around" this because you are a strike customer when you sign up to use the primal wallet.
I'm not a fan of this but understand for onboarding  new users 
 This might be some of the issue that I’m having with Primal then. I’m setup through Alby and not Strike. I wonder if that’s why it won’t allow me to setup my wallet. I’ll check this out, thank you for your help!
