He wasn't "involved in a separate hit and run", he clearly intentionally rammed the car off the road. He wasn't "involved in other vehicle thefts that day", he was on a crime spree which culminated in a fucking murder. Did he commit more crimes afterward? We can only guess.

Cyclists are generally insufferable creatures but for God's sake they are really beating around the bush here. He was killed by a nigger because that's what niggers do. It was intentional. There is no need to "have a dialogue" about cyclists we need to "have a dialogue" about niggers.
