Can’t be, unless they’re oversimplified to the top tax bracket 

I live in Greece and only recently got elevated to the third tier, paying 24% of income 

Tier 2 was 10% and there’s also provisions for 0% 

 That makes more sense. The sensationalism is too damn high!
