Not only all you said, but also, the Deep State Federal Reserve system has no idea what went on. If both sides are on Bitcoin, only a warrant to search the blockchain can 'out' a user. The free market answer to the corruption of the Deep State.
I haven't found a business in my area yet who uses Bitcoin or Lightning, but I'm asking. I suppose if I had a Lightning wallet and I deposited a few thousand bucks in it, I could use that wallet for my sandwich shop, couldn't I? I'd like to not have to run a Lightning Node. I saw a video on the Mutiny Wallet, and it made me wonder about this. Mutiny does all the leg work in the background with liquidity and all.. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding things.. I'm not up to snuff on using Lightning for business. Am I headed down the right path?

Though as counterpoint, your payment may have been surveilled by Chainalysis, which will then sell that info to the govt, or perhaps try to monetize by selling it to advertisers.
