 #linux users, what do you think is the most intimidating or confusing part of someone first getting into Linux?

Where do you see people get stuck or dissuaded? 
 I guess I think about the CLI and all the potential challenges there, but I wonder if there are users who might try Linux and not have an interest in utilizing the CLI or maybe not know it exists?

 The fact that it's not already preinstalled on the machine. 

Normies don't buy a Mac or PC and think, "Hmm... Let's see. Which operating system should I install?"

In fact, many people don't even think of the OS or consider they have any choice in the matter. It just is. 

 
 filesystem being completely different, wheres my C drive, wheres my D drive? no ctrl+alt+delete. being used to install programs from a binary downloaded straight from the prohect's website and expecting it to auto-update.
