 >rogue isp's
That's a weird way to say "ISP's that don't circumvent the constitution to hide rape accusations"
 It's somewhat refreshing to see the masks of net neutrality finally come off.
 @Hoss “Cyber Santa” Delgado @✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware:  @Pawlicker 🐾😹 @

Leftists want net neutrality for ISPs only, while all other tech companies are entitled to Jim Crow free markets.

We need a compromise net neutrality bill that applies net neutrality principles to *all* tech companies, not just ISPs.
 MUH DIK! :spinstika:

 Fong and her gang of morons have to be funded by some big actors. Joshua Null has a very interesting case against Hurricane Electric right now since he moved the servers to Washington State which has network neutrality laws. Of course that doesn't mean jack shit because Washington State is where a Federal Judge ruled in favor of Amazon violating every single aspect of their multi-million dollar contract with Parler.
 The system really fell apart when judges realized they didn't even have to pretend to make rulings based on law anymore.
 @Hoss “Cyber Santa” Delgado @✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware:  @redneonglow @Pawlicker 🐾😹 @djsumdog @ Who was gonna stop them?
 Appellate courts in some cases, but it takes time to get there, and a lot of money, and it’s easy to bankrupt people in the process.

For criminal complaints, it can cost municipalities a lot of money. If the Ahmaud Arbery people make it to appeal, it could mean millions. Their families have the money it seems as they started the process last year, but it’s usually 4~6 years and there is no guarantee an appellate court will even take the case. Troy Davis fought to the very end when he was executed.

The Jan 6th political prisoners have to appeal to DC (yes, the horrifically corrupt DC federal courts also have their own incredibly corrupt appellate court just for DC!!), and after they take six years to deny hearing it, then they can file to be heard in SCOTUS.

Honestly the Jan 6th thing is so obviously political, any truly functioning supreme court would have already responded to those cases Sua sponte (of their own volition).
 @djsumdog @✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware:  @redneonglow @Pawlicker 🐾😹 @ @Hoss “Cyber Santa” Delgado Yeah.
My point was why is the deck stacked against us and why weren't we stacking the deck decades ago? Maybe it's a rhetorical question and I'm just complaining. Let me complain
 Genuinely really gross how they use tags to try and ruin the SEO from these companies and force their hands.
 @Emoji @✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware: @ unfortunately for them brands tend to avoid fedi
