Had the idea the other day for a NIP and/or app enabling users to set rates for nostr actions, extending zapvertising beyond just a message in a lightning payment.

E.g. 1000 sats for a repost, 10k for a follow etc. Allow sellers to selectively accept offers from buyers.

Naturally, popular accounts could set higher rates. A win-win, as sellers earn sats for interacting, and buyers can pay to increase exposure.

Not really sure on the technical implementation - probably would need some way to hold sats in escrow between offer and acceptance

 Sort of like a Vida style model when you set your floor price and then people can decide whether to take it or not? Definitely could be helpful but given Nostr is such an open system I don't know how you'd enforce such a thing.
