i use nostr-tool a lot syntax is a little long sometimes, and few missing features, but with nostr-tool and websocat almost everything is possible one notable thing missing from these cli tools is simply given raw json event, sign it and broadcast.
I dont know but I'm trying to build one just for CLI... does that count?
