yea strange, I get the same error when I test from breez with the raw lnurl but not with the lightning address which goes through and is shown on the leaderboard here: https://geyser.fund/project/citadel, must be something on geyser.fund’s side, will report to them

I’m trying to send you sats and it’s failing. Must be a problem with Wallet of Satoshi and lntxbot communicating.

Did you ever find a non-custodial alternative?
I tried several wallets last night. This is the only thing I got to work. I’ll just paste the note here: **How to have the best experience with Damus Lightning Tips:** **Option 1:** 1. If you use Muun or any other hot wallet, import it on another device (iPad, old phone, tablet) and delete it from iPhone. 2. Download Wallet of Satoshi in the App Store and set it up. 3. Click on Receive, and then choose Lightning Address. 4. Make sure the address begins with LNURL… 5. Tap the barcode to copy. 6. Go to your profile on Damus, and paste the address under Bitcoin Lightning Tips. That’s it! Now you can receive sats in your Wallet or Satoshi, and if you want to give someone else sats, click on the lightning symbol at the top of their profile. Wallet of Satoshi will automatically open. **Option 2:** If you use Muun or a hot wallet other than BlueWallet, then install both BlueWallet and Wallet of Satoshi. BlueWallet will have precedence over Muun, so you won’t have to delete Muun and BlueWallet has the ability to send sats to LNURL addresses. Follow all the steps above, but now you can receive sats in Wallet of Satoshi, and send sats from BlueWallet. ⚡️***IMPORTANT***⚡️ Treat Wallet of Satoshi like a Bitcoin exchange. WoS is a custodial wallet, so when you build up some sats, move them to a non-custodial wallet. If I understand correctly, one cannot have a LNurl of our blue wallet, isn’t it?
I found a workaround using @lntxbot on Telegram, which gives you a LNURL, and you can import the wallet into BlueWallet to manage it.
What are you importing to blue wallet from lntxbot?
Type the /bluewallet command and it gives you the lndhub URL.
I just typed /Zeus and it gave me lndhub info what do I do with it?
Actually I didn’t even know it supported that until I checked just now. Same deal, you can manage it through Zeus by importing the lndhub host address.
Also I’m getting an endless spin wheel on yours
(Wallet I’m using is zbd- seems to work only with raw lnurl sending, email formats just open the wallet with a spinning wheel)

Which wallet are you using? From zbd, and possibly BlueWallet (at least) it seems that only the raw lnurl works, but other wallets seem to only work with the web address format
Is everyone here using Damus on iPhone? Or are you using a different client?
Honestly, we should all converge to Damus to support the project for the sake of mass adoption.

I tried email format and it didn’t work, so now changed to raw lnurl… do you mind sending me 1 sat to see if it works Kortik?
The email-style format is incompatible with BlueWallet. Better off using the actual LNURL string.
Didn’t we try this yesterday and it worked and unused email format instead of raw lnurl string
For me it was the opposite that worked. My default is BlueWallet, which can only recognize the raw LNURL. This is why having a common set of standards is important.
